Must be 18 years of age to purchase and/or sell tickets. Only one (1) individual may be identified as the purchaser (or buyer) of the raffle ticket. 

In the event that a minimum of 3,000 tickets are not sold by April 15th, 2008 the committee reserves the right to withdraw the prizes not awarded and pay 50% of the net proceeds up to $100,000 to one winner.

Only the first 6,000 paid tickets received by the raffle committee will be registered.  Other monies will be returned to the sender.

The raffle committee will mail a verification notice to the primary registered ticket buyer.  If said notice is returned to the committee without a forwarding address, no further attempt will be made to deliver the notice.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid, deliverable address in order to receive said confirmation.

Check and or credit cards that are denied or returned for insufficient funds or other reasons will be subject to a $25 penalty and the ticket will be void until cash or a money order is received to cover said ticket.

The primary person named on the ticket will be awarded the prize and be responsible for all taxes (Federal and State) incurred.  No portion of the cost of the ticket is tax deductible.  St. Patrick is required by law to withhold appropriate taxes as designated by the Internal Revenue Service on winnings of over $500. Winners must claim possession of the prize by the following dates or forfeit the prize:  Early Bird Prize- April 15, 2008 and Main Prizes- June 6, 2008.  The Friday Drawing winners must claim possession of the prize within 3 weeks of the drawing. 

Motorcycle winner must pay freight, license, registration and delivery charges.  All taxes (Federal and State) and fees must be paid prior to delivery and are the responsibility of the winner.

All employees and volunteers of St Patrick’s are eligible to win drawing.  However, St. Patrick and affiliated organizations are not eligible ( examples: PTO, Booster Club, special fund drives, etc.)

Early Bird winners are eligible for the Main Drawing.  For the Main Drawing, winners will be drawn from the grand prize through 100th.  Prizes for the main drawing will be announced in reverse order.  A complete winner list will be posted on website and is available by mail per request.  All winners, by entering, authorize St. Patrick  School to publish their name and likeness on the website and for it to be used in other promotional materials by St. Patrick’s.
